4. Subscription and Billing

FinePointAI offers monthly subscription plans billed through Stripe. By subscribing:

You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You may cancel at any time through the customer portal
No refunds are provided for partial months of service

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinePointAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on contract analysis provided by the Service.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. FinePointAI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis provided.

7. Intellectual Property

Documents you upload remain your property. You grant FinePointAI a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not store, sell, or use your contract documents for any other purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. Contract Documents

Contract text you submit for analysis is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Documents are processed in memory and are NOT stored on our servers after analysis is complete. We do not use your contract documents to train AI models.
